Destiney is a Delaware native, having a passion for doing hair since she was very young. Destiney decided to take a chance and graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology. While attending school she joined Stephan and Co. as a stylist assistant.

Once receiving her license in 2014, she assisted and trained under Stephan before taking a chair. Her wide variety of techniques includes Keratin, Updos, Balayage and Ombre. While keeping up with the latest trends, Destiney has attended numerous hair shows and educational classes to broaden her horizons such as Redken Exchange, Vidal Sassoon Academy and the New York hair show to name a few.
